Yellow Rail secures another key contract with First Capital Connect

Yellow Rail has secured another major contract with First Capital Connect, to replace all bodyside lights with laminated glass on 72 x 4-car Class 319 and 40 x 4-car Class 365 EMU's. The programme will be undertaken at Bedford and Hornsey TMD’s with completion expected by October 2010.
This modification has been introduced to further improve passenger safety.
This project is an excellent example of Yellow Rail’s ability to continue to deliver challenging, multiple site projects flexibly and effectively, in accordance with the Operator’s operational environment.
